Principle of Application: This flux-cored wire enables efficient, continuous welding with a deposition rate 2 to 3 times that of shielded metal arc welding using coated electrodes. Deposition efficiency can exceed 85%. It is a highly convenient welding consumable. Since the steel strip encloses a flux powder, the arc is protected by both gas and slag, resulting in stable arc performance, minimal spatter, easy slag removal, aesthetically pleasing weld beads, and a high non-destructive testing pass rate. The shielding gas used is pure CO2 with a purity of 99.98% or higher. The welding parameters are easy to set, the operation is convenient, and it is well suited for both semi-automatic and automatic welding.
