To promote traditional Chinese culture, enrich employees’ leisure lives, foster a spirit of teamwork, enhance interdepartmental communication and solidarity, and create a warm festive atmosphere for our staff, in line with annual tradition, Shandong Tengda Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd. organized a dumpling‑making event for a group of employees on January 26, 2022, coinciding with the Chinese Lunar New Year’s Eve.

At 8 a.m., the “dumpling‑wrapping experts” selected from each department arrived early in the cafeteria. The filling and dumpling wrappers had already been laid out on the tables, and soon everyone was bustling about, eagerly getting to work. A large basin of meat filling and stacks of dumpling wrappers sat in the middle, and with their vivid imaginations and skillful hands, the participants quickly created dumplings of all shapes—some resembled ingots, others crescents or tiny locks—making for a lively and festive scene. During lunch, we shared the dumplings we had made with all our employees for them to enjoy. Seeing everyone eagerly sampling the dumplings that we’d prepared together filled all those who had participated with a profound sense of accomplishment.
